Starting from February, 10, 2021, Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Osaka temporarily suspends the acceptance of documents, registration and issuance to foreign citizens and stateless persons of all categories of visas (except for private visas in emergency cases and joint travel visas for family members of Russian citizens).
