According to the Russian Federation Government Order from 16 March 2020 № 635-р, Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Osaka starting from 18 March 2020 temporarily suspends the acceptance of documents, registration and issuance to foreign citizens and stateless persons of all categories of visas (except for diplomatic and official ones; private visas in emergency cases related to the death of a close relative will be still issued; drivers and crew members can apply for visa as usual).
