Methods of payment at the Consulate General of Russia in Osaka

Since 1 May 2021 payments of consular fees must be made by one of the following methods:

1. Credit Card (“Visa” or “MasterCard” only)
2. Bank transfer (“furikomi”)

Note 1: Cash payment is not accepted.

Note 2: In case of bank transfer payment, please print a receipt of your payment and bring the receipt to the Consulate.
